Otter
— CG animated Sea Otter. Water simulation, wet fur and tight turnarounds.

This spot was done for String Theory, via Toybox. To say it was a technical challenge is understating it. Water interaction, wet and dry fur, infact fur in general. We used V-Ray for the rendering and Yeti for the fur. LOng ernder times meant we had one shot at each of the scene. Comping in Nuke.
